Introducing Dry Needling at Our Office

I’m excited to share that my colleague, Dr. Haywood, will now be offering Dry Needling right here in my office! This is a wonderful addition to the conservative, hands-on care we’re passionate about providing to our community.

What is Dry Needling?

Dry needling is a therapeutic technique that uses a very thin, sterile needle to target trigger points—tight bands within muscle tissue that can cause pain or restrict movement. By gently stimulating these areas, dry needling can help:

It’s often used for issues like neck and back pain, headaches, shoulder tension, sports injuries, and more.

Dr. Haywood and I went to school together, and I’m thrilled to welcome her expertise to my space. She will be available for dry needling sessions on Sundays and Mondays.
